I've been going here for a couple years, and sometimes Dr. Manj is nice & very professional but sometimes he's just rude, emotional, and condescending.
I remember that one of my pets got outside by mistake and got hurt and needed a very minor suture. He raised his voice at me about how my pet got out in the first place. First of all, it's my pet, and I can do what I want. So even if I let my pet out by choice, it's my business and I don't need to be treated like a child.
The front desk help is cordial. The office is just old and although it seems reasonably clean, it just doesn't look/feel like a doctor's office...more like an old house.
Also, he's so tight with his finances that he doesn't bring in any other vet tech to hold my pet when she gets upset. I, in essence, am a vet tech because I have to hold her.
